RULES MEETING INFORMATION Baseball – Rules meeting was held on August 31st. Items that will be addressed or changed are posted on the newsletter tab. Rule books will be sent out upon receipt of sanctioning form beginning in March. Softball- There will not be a rules meeting for the softball league. There are no changes for 2010. All sanctioning fees are due in the league office by May 1st, or tournament entry fees will be at the non-sanctioned team rate. Tournament entry fees are to be paid before you play ― they are due at the league office by July 1st. No team will be allowed to play until payment is made. Entry & Drop Deadline is June 26th. After this date, it will be too late to enter the tournament, or drop from it. Fees will still be due if dropped after June 26th. TOURNAMENT & BRACKET DISTRIBUTION MEETINGS – Location- The traditional Restaurant (Denver Café) in Denver, IN for all groups Baseball – Monday, June 28th 6:30 PM for the 8-&-under league 7:30 PM for the 10-&-12-&-under leagues BRING YOUR ENTRY FEES TO THIS MEETING IF NOT ALREADY PAID Softball – Tuesday, July 6th 7:00 PM for the all age groups. BRING YOUR ENTRY FEES TO THIS MEETING IF NOT ALREADY PAID   TOURNAMENT DATES - Baseball – for All Age Groups (weather permitting):  District level of State tournament will start as early as Tuesday, July 6th (depending on District size & fields available) & end by Monday, July 12th. Semi-State level will start on Thursday, July 15th & end by Monday July 19th. State Finals will then start on Thursday, July 22nd & end on Monday, July 26th. Softball – for All Age Groups (weather permitting): District level will begin as early as Thursday, July 15th & end on Monday July 19th. State Finals will begin on Friday, July 23rd & end on Monday July 26th. 8-&-under tournament will be over a single week only – weekend of July 15th & end on July 19th, possibly extended to two weeks depending on the number of entries.
